As part of the Centre for Integration of Foreigners, an Information Point for Foreigners is kept in Kielce at Sienkiewicza 78A. All this is part of Good Neighbourhood Maps INTEURO.INFO.

How can we help?

The point offers FREE information and advisory support:

  • legalization of stay on the territory of Poland, 
  • legalization of employment, 
  • understanding and interpretation of official letters, contracts (including the drafting of letters and proposals), 
  • education,
  • health care,
  • psychological support
  • legal consultation
  • assistance in contacting the Polish administration etc.

For the questions we answer in four languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English concern the broadly understood information and advisory support on practical aspects of life in Poland.

It is worth noting that as part of the functioning of the Point, we also provide FREE specialist support to a legal adviser and a psychologist.

In order for more people to benefit from the support we have also launched Mobile Information Point for Foreigners.

We are available to you from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on extra duty from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (selected days).

  • Immigration counselor - translator at the Integration Centre of Foreigners in Kielce - working hours: 8:00 - 16:00, working days - working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., working days - 1-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 + additional duty hours (selected days from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
  • Integration and health counsellor at the Integration Centre of Foreigners in Kielce - working hours: 8:00 - 16:00, working days - working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., working days - 1-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 + additional duty hours (selected days from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
  • Mental health specialist in the Integration Centre of Foreigners (psychological support) - working hours: 8:00 - 16:00, working days - working hours: 8:00 - 16:00, working days - 1-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 + additional duty hours (selected days from 16:00 to 20:00)
  • Lawyer - working hours: 30 hours per month from 1-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 + additional duty hours (selected days from 16:00 to 20:00) - appointments made individually - by phone
  • Educator/cultural animator - working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., working days - 1-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 + additional duty hours (selected days from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
  • Translator - integration assistant / supervisor for non-EU citizens - working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., working days - 1-01-2024 to 31-12-2025 + additional on-call (selected days from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
