To date, 40 Ukrainian women looking for employment in the Swietokrzyskie labour market have benefited from assistance from the Voivodeship Labour Office in Kielce.
We organised 5 information meetings during which the participants of the project became acquainted with the most important indicators defining the specificity of the local market - employees of the Voivodeship Labour Office presented data concerning the situation of foreigners, shortage and surplus professions and the possibility of finding employment by foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.

During individual meetings with career advisors support was provided in solving professional problems to project participants interested in taking up employment in the Świętokrzyskie region. In order to look for a job effectively, our clients were also assisted in editing a professional CV in Polish and preparing for a job interview with an employer. Moreover, the EURES advisor helped to browse job offers in Polish and to send applications for selected positions, paying particular attention to the credibility of offers posted on internet portals.

In addition, Ukrainian women who use a professional counsellor and who express an interest in improving their professional qualifications or acquiring new ones can benefit from training within the project.
Together with the professional counsellors of the WUP, they choose the type of training most appropriate to their predispositions, interests and career plans.

The next stage is the cooperation of project participants with training specialists, with whom they jointly select from the Development Services Database the training most relevant to their expectations. Each time, employees of the WUP contact training companies in order to best adapt the subject of the training to the individual needs of the participants.

On 29 May 2024, the first tripartite contract was signed for the delivery of the individual course, and implementation began on 3 June this year.

Currently, the WUP is at the stage of selecting courses for the following project participants.
